Bob was our technician and he was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and professional. Took the time to explain everything that he was going to do and afterwards thoroughly explained what he had done and why it needed to be done. Very personable and took pains to insure that he cleaned up the area he was working in. He in my opinion serves as a model for other technicians to emulate.
